Whether assigning volunteers to specific areas of support or making meaningful patient/volunteer assignments, volunteer matchmaking is a true work of art!  Collaborating with your team not only maximizes your ability to meet your patients’ needs but also allows you to place volunteers in areas that they are comfortable working in and areas where they feel useful and fulfilled.
